Most goals fail because they only have one line.
This kit gives you the second line - the engine.
What most people write:
✕“Lose 10 kg by 31 December.”
✕“Close $1 Million by 31 December.”
These are destinations with no engine. You stare at the number. You do not know what to do today, so you do nothing.
One line teaches you to set a destination.
It does not tell you what to do at 6 AM on a Tuesday when motivation is gone.
That gap is where 90% of goals die.
A boat with ten rowers and no oars goes nowhere, regardless of how loud the captain shouts the destination.
Where you are going. The GPS coordinate. You set it once and do not look at it every day.
Same goal: “Lose 10 kg by 31 December”
What you do today. Every day. Fully within your control. The one part of the goal that market, client, or weather cannot touch.
“Walk 30 minutes every morning at 6 AM”
Never judge the Result. Score the Effort, every single day. Row every day and the shore comes.
The engine is the part of the goal that is 100% yours.
No market condition, no client decision, no weather event can stop you from rowing.
That is what makes it an engine.
Day 1: You are fired up. You execute perfectly.
Day 3: Motivation fades. Life interrupts. You miss once.
Day 7: Guilt sets in. You tell yourself you are not disciplined.
Day 10: You quit. It was not life. It was an engine set too high.
Find the maximum you can honestly do on your best day. Set Line 2 at 90% of that number. Hit it every day. The wins build the momentum that takes you to 110%.
Can run 10 km? Set Line 2 at 9 km.
Can make 20 calls? Set Line 2 at 18 calls.
Can study 60 min? Set Line 2 at 54 min.
The Cold Engine Rule: Never go to zero for more than two days. One missed day and the engine stays warm. Two days and it starts to cool.
Is there a date or a set time? "Someday" is not a day of the week.
From where you stand today, is it actually possible? Not a fantasy.
Can you prove it was done or missed? Yes or no. No grey area.
Is it doable? Does your body say "I can do that", not "I dread it"?
Your Line 2 is too demanding. Recalibrate. A 10-minute walk you do every day beats a 5 km run you never start.
The system is wrong, not you. Fix Line 2 - change the action, the time, or the target. Do not quit.
This kit is the spark. The full engine is in the book and in the live installation.
